The past few weeks have been dominated by the fact I’m moving to Peckham. I’ve been up and down to London for job interviews and driven insane by letting agents. In the midst of all the worrying and travelling I’ve been trying to stay focused on why I decided to take the plunge in the first place, which is that I’m starting an MA in Contemporary Art Theory at Goldsmith’s at the end of September. By the time I post this, I’ll have already moved in and be getting settled, and I’ll probably be listening to one of my favourite songs of last year on repeat (which has taken on a new (if obvious) significance).
