I found a blank one of these from Sony’s “Urban Division” in with a white label of a high-energy remix of “Lose My Breath” by Destiny’s Child in a charity shop in Liverpool and I thought it was pretty funny. In the future I might send them along with mix CDs and tapes or in the backs of photo books that come with mix CDs and tapes and I could be my own annoying A&R guy.
People can make up DJ names and be like
VENUE(S): My car; my room; the 153 bus from Gilberdyke;…
and then put song recommendations at the bottom and see what their friends or fellow bus passengers think of my mixes and/or sound recordings and it’d be sweet.
